Cakes for all occasions, I am self taught and still learning, but willing to give just about anything a go.
A few years back, my sister Debbie decided that she would make her own wedding cake. she purchased a few ready made cakes covered them in fondant and decorated them using ribbon and fresh flowers, it looked amazing. following this I decided that I would make my wedding cake, again I purchased some ready made cakes coverd them in fondant and decorated them using fresh flowers and some ribbon.
After my wedding I didn't really get into the cake decorating although it was something I wanted to do I just didn't know where to start. Then when my sons christening came up I decided that I would give it a go, and so it began and I became a little more adventurous with each cake.
while I am still learning and believe me I have a lot to learn I am willing to give most things a go.
